According to the Hindu calendar, the month of Ashwin is considered auspicious as it marks the beginning of Shardiya Navratri.
 
Nine days of Navratri - devotees worship nine avatars of Goddess Durga, namely Shailaputri, Brahmacharini, Chandraghanta,
Kushmanda, Skanda Mata, Katyayani, Kalaratri, Mahagauri, and Siddhidatri.

Morning Pooja: 7 AM

Evening Schedule:
5 to 5:45 PM Shri Lalitasahasranama stotram
6 to 6:30 PM : Durga Saptashati Path
6:30 to 7:30 PM: Pooja followed by Aarti
7:30 pm onwards :  Bhajan and Prasad

It was the first time I attended Navratri in this apartment. Must say was a memorable one. Everything was very well organized and everyone was so co-operative. Kudos to the organizers. Hope we continue to celebrate navratri  every year with the same enthusiasm.
